At ENVY Makeup Tan and Beauty Bar, we use AVIVA labs spray tan the product is fragrance free as well as alcohol free, so it will not leave a nasty odour or dry out your skin. Aviva labs manufacture their own products with your health and safety in mind, using only superior, essential and natural ingredients. Aviva is one of the best sunless tanning products on the market, it gives that instant holiday glow.

It comes in 5 different DHA levels (Dihydroxyacetone=the active ingredient, studies have shown it will only penetrate the top layers of the skin) , perfect for everyone and dries instantly with a developing time between 5-8 hours. 

Your tan will last anywhere between 5-10 days depending on how well you look after it!  Using the AVIVA tan enhancer will ensure you have your tan looking its best for as long as possible.

We also have a variety of organic products to help keep your tan looking great and an exfoliator to take it off evenly.

Aviva spray tans start at $40, in return you will receive a VIP spray tanning card, which will entitle you to discounts on your 4th and 5th visits. You receive 15% off on the 4th tan and 25% on the 5th one.

Before spray tanning we suggest our clients to exfoliate well with an Aviva exfoliator to prep the skin and eliminate any dry skin or oils. Waxing and shaving should be done 24hours prior to spray tanning. Please ensure you have removed all deodorant and perfumes before arriving at ENVY.

Winter Glow has a development time of 6-8 hours

Express Tan

Wanting to achieve a light natural glow in the shortest time possible! Look no further Aviva Labs has just released the new express tan. If you don't have time to wait for a tan to develop this is perfect for you.

We recommend the tan for:

Mothers on the run

Anyone going out that night and want a very natural tan instantly that day!  

The busy men and women on the go

The express tan will last 5 - 7days. Making sure you are using the tan extender cream will ensure you will get the maximum results out of your spray tan. The Aviva express tan has a higher concentration of DHA so the developing time is shortened.

Developing time is anywhere between 2 - 3 hours

*Please note* bronzer will look dark on the skin, after your first shower you may see most of this bronzer disappear and the tan will be very natural! However you may find the colour gets darker in the hours following.

Please ensure you DO NOT use any scrubs or body washes with your first shower, as the products can strip the tan from the skin.

Stage Tan  (DHA Free)

Designed to provide the darkest tan under the bright stage lights!

Stage tan gives you an instant, ultra dark, gorgeous looking tan in just seconds. The colour is super dark but without any unnatural orange appearance, emphasizing  every cut, curve and form in your muscles and figure so you'll win maximum points!

Plus the gentle hypoallergenic formula is oil-free, alcohol-free, and fragrance-free. The Tan is DHA free which means there is no developing time needed, it is a bronzer solution so the colour will come up instantly, we recommend the tan being applied the day of competition as the tan is washed off with soap and water at the end of the day.

Full Body Aviva Spray tan followed by 2-4mins in the solarium to increase the development time of your spray tan and to build a natural looking tan on your own skin - a true tan cocktail.

NEW City Collection 

Turn up the heat with 3 NEW colours from AVIVA Labs sunless tanning.. experience the likes of HOLLYWOOD, VEGAS or MIAMI! This super Express range offers clients the chance to have a spraytan then shower after 1 hour! For maximum results and to achieve a deep dark tan we recommend leaving on the skin to develop for 2-3hours. 

Each City has a unique undertone to the solution and various results can be achieved

HOLLYWOOD - Golden undertone suitable for most clients who love a medium natural looking tan.

VEGAS - Red undertone which gives a 3D colour effect. Suitable for clients who are a little paler or already have a light base tan. *Red neutralises Orange.

MIAMI - Yellow/Golden undertone suits clients who already have a dark/deep undertone to the skin. Not recommended for clients who are paler. Great for Body builders and dancers who want a dark stage tan but to last several days.

SOLARIUM NOW ARRIVED!

Are you looking at developing a natural looking tan?   

ENVY Makeup, Tan and Beauty bar now has a 10 minute STAND UP solarium. If you are looking at developing a natural tan safely we suggest using the solarium 2-3 times a week to develop the colour then once weekly when you have achieved your desired tan to keep the colour .

We recommend using lotions every time you tan as it is important to keep the skin hydrated, to avoid the skin from burning or prematurely ageing. We stock a range of Devoted Creations tanning lotions ranging from $8 for some sachets to $76 for some of the bottles. You can store your bottle in salon to ensure you always have it when needed.
